Bureau PeDePe is a privately owned architectural firm founded in 1990.  Our main focus has always been designing new buildings and rehabilitating older, existing structures.  In addition, we offer clients project management and site supervision services.  Since 1992, PeDePe has also offered English translation and preparation of construction documents (however, NOT including authorization).  The firm expanded in 1995 to include real estate development (i.e. finding suitable locations, conducting feasibility studies) and valuation.  Since 1998 we have been located at No. 58 Pokladowa Street in the city of Lodz.  PeDePe is a member of the Polish Economic Association and the Chamber of Construction Design in Warsaw.
